Get To Know Brenna

Brenna is a member of the firm’s Chambers-ranked Labor and Employment Practice Group (Virginia, Band 1). Her practice focuses on management-side employment matters. She counsels employers on compliance with workplace regulations, including the ADA, FMLA, and other federal and state employment laws.

Brenna completed a summer clerkship at Woods Rogers in 2024. While attending the University of Richmond School of Law, she was a staff member of the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology and a board member on the Career Development Office Student Advisory Board. Brenna served as a Judicial intern under the Honorable Robert S. Ballou for the United States District Court of Western Virginia and the Honorable Jayne A. Pemberton for the Chesterfield Circuit Court. She also has her certificate in paralegal studies from Boston University.

Brenna grew up in Roanoke, Virginia, and enjoys spending time in the outdoors. On weekends, she can often be found thrifting, refinishing furniture, attending yoga classes, or curled up with a good book.
