Lindsey has a diverse practice encompassing medical malpractice defense, health law, and intellectual property. She represents healthcare professionals, hospitals, and long-term care facilities in all aspects of litigation and mediation.
Lindsey has successfully guided practitioners through numerous matters before the Department of Health Professions, assisting healthcare professionals during state regulatory board investigations. Her medical malpractice defense work includes coordinating defense strategies, preparing expert witness designations, handling discovery, and managing complex motions in high-exposure cases.
In addition to her litigation experience, Lindsey advises healthcare clients with practical guidance for regulatory, corporate, and operational matters. Her counsel includes advising on HIPAA breach response strategies.
Lindsey also represents clients on intellectual property matters, including registration and protection of rights related to trademarks.
In law school, Lindsey served as the Publications and Online Editor for the University of Richmond Public Interest Law Review. She was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and a student attorney for the Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic.
Lindsey and her husband, Chase, enjoy traveling around the United States to visit national parks. In 2016, they flew to Los Angeles to begin the ultimate road trip and proceeded to camp at numerous national parks up the West Coast, eventually ending at Olympic National Park in Washington. They crossed a few more off their list with recent visits to Hawaii and Alaska.
