Adam Rafal Named a 2025 “Go To Lawyer” for Workers’ Compensation

Adam Rafal has earned statewide recognition as a ‘Go To Lawyer’ for Workers’ Compensation, an honor awarded by Virginia Lawyers Weekly to top attorneys in their field.

As Chair of Woods Rogers’ Workers’ Compensation team, Adam provides seasoned counsel to employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters across Virginia. Known for his strategic approach and thorough understanding of the law, Adam has successfully guided clients through complex claims, litigation, and compliance issues. Additionally, Adam currently serves as President for the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court.
