Jennifer Eaton Named to ABA’s 2025 “On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers” List

Principal Jennifer Eaton was named to the American Bar Association’s 2025 “On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers” list. This national honor recognizes young attorneys who exemplify excellence in leadership, innovation, and service to the legal profession and their communities.

Jenny is a thoughtful trial attorney who represents clients in complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts across the Commonwealth. In addition to her litigation practice, Jenny is deeply committed to public service. She chairs Woods Rogers’ Pro Bono Committee and maintains an active pro bono caseload, including in complex federal court litigations as well as in landlord-tenant disputes. In 2023, Jenny worked with the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia to create an annual Pro Bono Certificate Program for summer legal interns in the Hampton Roads area. As part of the program, she developed and led workshops to provide law students with substantive training and practical tips for effectively serving pro bono clients. This is a program that has been offered for the past three years.

Honorees will be recognized at the ABA Young Lawyers Division Networking Breakfast on Saturday, August 9, 2025, as part of the ABA Annual Meeting programming.
