Patice Holland Named a 2026 Leadership Hero by United Way of Virginia’s Blue Ridge

Woods Rogers is pleased to share that Patice Holland has been selected as a 2026 Leadership Hero by United Way of Virginia’s Blue Ridge. The Heroes Project, launched in 2024, honors individuals whose leadership and service strengthen communities across our region—an impact Patice makes every day.

As Principal and Practice Co-Chair of Woods Rogers’ Government & Special Investigations team, Patice is known for her sharp legal insight and her commitment to helping organizations prevent conflict through training, policy development, and proactive guidance. Her leadership extends beyond her practice. She is a champion for diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and a trusted voice in community initiatives across the Roanoke Valley.

Her contributions have been recognized throughout her career, including the Young Lawyer of the Year Award and Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s Influential Women of Law honor.

Patice and her fellow honorees will be celebrated on June 4, 2026, at the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center.
