Richard Crouch and Nicole Ingle Named 2025 “Go To Lawyers” for Commercial Real Estate 

Principals Richard Crouch and Nicole Ingle have been named to Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s 2025 list of “Go To Lawyers” for Commercial Real Estate. Together, Richard and Nicole serve as Co-Chairs of Woods Rogers’ Commercial Real Estate practice, where they advise clients on a wide range of complex transactions and development projects. 

Richard’s business and commercial transactions practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and finance. He regularly works with real estate acquisition firms, developers, property management groups, commercial tenants and lenders in the structuring and closing of commercial transactions. Richard was previously recognized as a “Go To Lawyer” in 2023.  

Clients rely on Nicole to assist them with commercial real estate and finance transactions. Nicole has extensive experience in commercial real estate purchases and sales, commercial development and complex financings. She routinely serves as counsel to hospitals, universities, colleges, trustees and others in bond transactions. Nicole handles a broad range of business law matters, including HUD loans, aircraft purchases and sales, business formations, and open-space donations.  

The “Go To Lawyers” program recognizes leading attorneys in a particular practice area. Attorneys are nominated by their peers based on their experience, expertise, and record of success. Attorneys are asked to nominate “a lawyer you might call yourself if you needed help in his or her field.”
