Richard Crouch Named a 2025 “Leader in the Law” by Virginia Lawyers Weekly

Woods Rogers is pleased to announce that Richard Crouch, co-chair of our Commercial Real Estate practice, has been named a 2025 “Leader in the Law” by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. Leaders are chosen for their exceptional dedication to the legal profession, meaningful contributions to Virginia’s justice system, and impactful service within their communities.

Richard’s business and commercial transactions practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and finance. He regularly works with real estate acquisition firms, developers, property management groups, commercial tenants and lenders in the structuring and closing of commercial transactions.

This recognition follows Richard’s previous accolades as a Go To Lawyer for Commercial Real Estate in both 2023 and 2025.

Honorees will be celebrated at the awards ceremony on October 30 at the John Marshall Ballrooms in Richmond.
