Victor Cardwell Named a 2025 Icon Honoree by Virginia Business

Woods Rogers is proud to announce that Principal and Chair of the Board Victor Cardwell has been named a 2025 Icon Honoree by Virginia Business.

The Icons Honors Awards recognize seasoned professionals who have made significant contributions to their professions and communities across Virginia. Honorees are selected for their leadership, integrity, and lasting impact in their fields. This inaugural cohort of 30 distinguished leaders represents a wide range of industries, including health care, banking and finance, real estate, ports and logistics, higher education, energy, hospitality, law, and philanthropy.

Victor’s decades-long legal career and leadership within the legal community, including his service as the first African American president of the Virginia Bar Association, reflect the values celebrated by this honor.
