Woods Rogers Relocates Charlottesville Office to New Space in Thriving Entrepreneurial Hub
Woods Rogers announces its move to state-of-the-art office space in Charlottesville’s Apex Plaza. The investment reflects Woods Rogers’ focus on growth and long-term investment in Charlottesville’s thriving business community.
“Charlottesville is a central market in our regional footprint,” said Alden English, Managing Principal of Woods Rogers’ Charlottesville office. “The move to new office space underscores our commitment to serving the area’s thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem and expanding our services to the local business community.”
Woods Rogers’ new Charlottesville office includes 9,200 square feet of office space, state-of-the-art conference rooms, and inviting collaboration spaces. Opened in late 2021, Apex Plaza is home to a 187,000 rentable square footage mixed-use building. Apex Plaza represents the first large-scale mass timber project in the Commonwealth and one of only a handful in the United States.
“The relocation anticipates the expansion of our current capabilities in the market, including financial services, commercial real estate, intellectual property, labor and employment, and government contracts,” added Dan Summerlin, Woods Rogers President. “We look forward to sharing the architectural innovation and striking views at Apex with our clients and prospective talent.”
Woods Rogers’ partners on the project include Donaldson Construction, Riverbend Development, and Two Street Studio.
