Medical Malpractice Group Adds Sarah Jessee to Growing Defense Team

Attorney Sarah Jessee has joined Woods Rogers as Of Counsel in the firm’s Professional Liability Defense practice, focusing on Medical Malpractice Defense. Based in Roanoke, Sarah brings a wealth of experience defending healthcare professionals and institutions across Virginia and West Virginia.

Sarah focuses on complex medical malpractice litigation, hospital liability, and risk management. She represents physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, defending them in lawsuits and investigations by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.

To help clients avoid litigation, she offers guidance on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and risk reduction strategies. Sarah also presents on legal issues affecting healthcare providers and nursing students.
