Tom is an accomplished government contracts attorney with experience managing multimillion dollar government contracts from both within and outside the government. In addition, he provides strategic guidance on Small Business programs, FAR/DFARS regulations, government expectations, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Jacob H. Pierce
Of Counsel, Roanoke
Jacob focuses on defending medical professionals from malpractice claims. He works with individual healthcare providers, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician’s assistants. He also represents hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and urgent care facilities.
Elena R. Coole
Associate, Roanoke
Elena supports medical professionals as they face professional licensing boards or litigation. Her experience drafting agreements, writing motions, and conducting research provides clients with professional, efficient service during stressful circumstances.
Henry P. Huff
Associate, Norfolk
Henry focuses on protecting businesses against employment claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. To prevent employment-related issues before they occur, he advises employers on matters including hiring, discipline, termination, compliance with state wage and hour laws, and labor relations. If claims do arise, Henry defends his clients before professional boards and in state and federal courts.
